epiphany

I'm finally done with my 6 week elective in ENT and it was so so amazing.

Its hard to put it in words but I guess bittersweet would be the best word to describe what I'm feeling.

ENT was not even one of my choices when I first applied but I'm glad things turned out the way it did. 

Awesome doctors. I don't even know how to convey the awesomeness that they are. That's how awesome they are. I'm sorry if I sound rather bimbotic but that's just the way it is.

I've always wondered if this is really what I want to do with my life. 

After all, medicine has the tendency to take over your whole life which is intimidating to say the least.

But after 4 years of being a medical student and with less than a year till I graduate, I am finally certain that this is the right path for me.
